2012 – 2019 Project Developer: EFMD accreditation process for Bachelor and Master Studies in Finance, Wrocław University of Economics

Responsibilities (among others):

  • Operational project management before and after EPAS accreditation, including:
  • Analysis of academic processes in relation to accreditation requirements
  • Contributing to the development of a strategic plan for BSF and MSF
  • Implementation of changes required by the accreditation (including work within the Education Quality Committee, development, and implementation of a new website for accredited studies, and conducting an information campaign on accreditation)
  • Involving University units in the accreditation process – leading from below
  • Creating University self-assessment reports (in English, 100 pages)
  • Organization and conduct of accreditation visits – four-person international committees (from Great Britain, Portugal, Denmark, Hungary, Japan, USA, and France) and 47 external participants (individual meetings with all participants, logistics management)
  • Recruiting and managing a team of volunteers
  • Continuous communication with the accreditation body (EFMD, Belgium)
  • Providing training seminars at the invitation of EFMD (Italy, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany)
